Description
The complete set from The Suture Project™ includes all elements from the development work covering the following:
- The original suture pad with white skin
- The Suture Manual™
- Tools produced in hand-polished stainless steel type 410. The tools include:
a. Iris 4.5” straight scissors, item no. 101
b. Iris 4.5” curved scissors, item no. 102
c. Adson serrated forceps, item no. 103
d. Mayo Hegar 5” straight needle holder, item no. 104
- 3 packs of 75 cm nylon monofilament with 19 mm 3/8 reverse cutting needle
The above are delivered and stored in a specially developed black storage bag made from recycled vegan leather (PU) with reinforced elastic bands and joints developed specifically for The Suture Project.™
A little background information
The Suture Project™ began in 2025 when eAnatomi's development department set out to create an environmentally friendly, new and optimized product for suture skills training for medical students. With input from doctors, course leaders, and medical students from the University of Copenhagen, we have designed an original suture pad optimized for effective learning, produced in food-grade silicone of high quality - an environmentally friendly choice. We have also collaborated with surgeons and medical illustrators to create an illustrated suture manual printed on FSC-certified paper, which provides the right information to master suturing. We deliver our pad and manual in an original bag produced from sustainable materials such as recycled PU, also known as 'vegan leather,' as well as recycled cotton and include suture tools selected for their durability and function. The Suture Project™ is our environmentally friendly take on the perfect tools for mastering suturing - designed to fascinate and educate.

- The right of withdrawal is 14 days from delivery.

Delivery / pickup
If the item is listed as in stock , it is physically located at our address in Frederiksberg and can therefore be shipped or picked up. When ordering, choose what you want.
If you wish to pick up the item, this can often take place immediately after ordering, but must be agreed with us. If you wish to have it shipped , this will be done via Postnord and often the same day the order is received.
If the item is listed as ' shipped directly from the factory ', the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, but depends on the factory's stock status. If you want more precise information, you can always contact us before ordering.
