Description
This practical gynecological training model can be used for demonstration or training in the insertion of contraceptives in the form of both barrier methods, hormone methods and chemical methods. Furthermore, IUI (intrauterine insemination) can be demonstrated.
The model weighs approximately 1.1 kg and the dimensions are 26 x 19 x 22 cm. The model is easy to use and has a wide range of applications, but in the casting no emphasis has been placed on making the anatomical structures as lifelike as possible. For example, the external genitalia (including the labia) are not visible at all. The training model is fixed on a stand.
NB: Neither instruments (as shown in one of the pictures on the left) nor contraceptives are included.
Several of the internal genitalia and the urinary bladder are shown in an educational manner. For example, the wall of the vagina is transparent, while the uterus is shown with a larger opening. It makes it easy to see the placement of contraceptives and the correct placement of an IUD.
The following contraceptives can be inserted:
- Barrier methods: Femidom and pessary (the different types of pessaries)
- Hormonal methods: P-ring and IUD (in that case, hormonal IUD)
- Chemical method: Spiral (in that case copper spiral)
Furthermore, IUI (intrauterine insemination) can be demonstrated.

Delivery / pickup
If the item is listed as in stock , it is physically located at our address in Frederiksberg and can therefore be shipped or picked up. When ordering, choose what you want.
If you wish to pick up the item, this can often take place immediately after ordering, but must be agreed with us. If you wish to have it shipped , this will be done via Postnord and often the same day the order is received.
If the item is listed as ' shipped directly from the factory ', the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, but depends on the factory's stock status. If you want more precise information, you can always contact us before ordering.
