Can I order with an EAN number?
Yes, you can. You can provide the EAN number in the comments field on the page that shows the shopping cart. Also remember to state who the EAN number belongs to.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices are listed including 25% VAT.
What does it mean that the product is 'shipped directly from the factory'?
This means that this product will be delivered separately and is usually sent via, for example, UPS or DHL. When ordering, we obtain the current delivery time. If the delivery time is more than 3-5 business days, we will contact you. You can also contact us for further information before ordering. If you have ordered other items that are in stock, these will be sent immediately.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order if the item is in stock. Simply select pick up during the ordering process and pick up at our address in Frederiksberg. More information will be provided immediately after ordering.
How much does delivery cost and what happens if I regret my purchase?

Delivery to the door costs 60,- regardless of private or business.
You have 14 days full right of withdrawal from receipt, but you must cover any return costs yourself. You can also purchase a return label from us for 60,-.
