Anatomy poster which deals with the muscles of the foot. The poster includes illustrations of the muscles in the sole layer of the foot as well as the dorsum and related ligaments and tendons. The muscles in the foot are grouped, numbered and named with Danish headings and pure Latin in an easy and clear list view with regard to muscle lodges and muscle layers.
The illustrations include:
- The foot's 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th layers in the sole of the foot
- The dorsal side of the foot (the back of the foot)
- Furthermore, the ligaments are illustrated similarly. plantar leaves, lig. plantar corpse. calcaneonaviculare and the muscle tendons from m. tibialis anterior and m. peroneus longus.
The muscles in the foot are grouped in the list of names, so it is easy to orientate yourself and form an overview. In the overall list of names, the muscles are divided according to their lodges, e.g. the lodge of the big toe, which includes m. abductor hallucis, m. flexor hallucis brevis, m. adductor hallucis. In the name lists above the illustrations, the muscles are mentioned in relation to the layer they belong to.
All in all, the poster provides an educational overview both visually and textually, which makes it easy and intuitive to see and repeat the muscles in the foot.
