Description
Poster which deals with several different causes of pain in the lower back with English text.
Most people experience lower back pain at least once in their lives. Based on guidelines from the American Pain Society and the American College of Physicians, this poster shows the most important things worth knowing about low back pain:
- Types of lower back pain
- Causes and risk factors
- Symptoms
- Treatment
- Prevention techniques, including correct postures and techniques to avoid lower back pain.
The poster shows a person seen posteriorly, anteriorly and in sagittal section. Posteriorly shows pain radiating into the leg with sensory disturbances and reduced sensitivity as a result. Anteriorly, the lower column and pelvis are seen with tumors, infection, degenerative conditions, ankylosing spondylitis, sacroilitis, arthritis and intrapelvic masses. The sagittal section of the lower spine also shows various pathological conditions:
- spinal cord tumor
- pressure of spinal nerves due to bony protrusions (osteophytes)
- compression fractures
- disc herniation

Delivery / pickup
If the item is listed as in stock , it is physically located at our address in Frederiksberg and can therefore be shipped or picked up. When ordering, choose what you want.
If you wish to pick up the item, this can often take place immediately after ordering, but must be agreed with us. If you wish to have it shipped , this will be done via Postnord and often the same day the order is received.
If the item is listed as ' shipped directly from the factory ', the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, but depends on the factory's stock status. If you want more precise information, you can always contact us before ordering.
