Description

This advanced torso model presents the tissues of the body from the top of the head to the beginning of the thighs in transverse/axial sections.


The model measures 130 cm in height and weighs 18 kg. It shows 15 transversal/axial cross-sections, which are image diagnostically produced by CT and MR scans in the healthcare system. It is delivered on a stand.
Anatomically speaking

Anatomically, the model shows the head, torso, shoulders and beginning of the thighs in transverse/axial sections (as slices). The cut surfaces show many different tissues such as bones, muscles, organs, blood vessels and nerves.



The model therefore makes it possible to see, for example, the location of organs in relation to each other, the location of skeletal muscles and cavities in the brain (ventricles).
Movement-wise

In terms of movement, the model is very flexible. It is possible to remove the discs so that anatomical structures on both the upper and lower sides can be seen. Furthermore, the discs can be rotated about their sagittal axis (see the images on the left).
Clinically speaking

Clinically speaking, the model can be used to understand disorders that are related to the model's many tissues.

Delivery / pickup

If the item is listed as in stock , it is physically located at our address in Frederiksberg and can therefore be shipped or picked up. When ordering, choose what you want.

If you wish to pick up the item, this can often take place immediately after ordering, but must be agreed with us. If you wish to have it shipped , this will be done via Postnord and often the same day the order is received.

If the item is listed as ' shipped directly from the factory ', the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, but depends on the factory's stock status. If you want more precise information, you can always contact us before ordering.
