Description

This is a detailed poster showing the normal anatomy of the foot and typical injuries. Each illustration has a title with subsequent description.


The following normal anatomy is illustrated:


  • Medial and lateral view of bones and ligaments in the foot and ankle
  • Blood and nerve supply
  • Arteries and nerves on the underside of the foot


The following damages are described:


  • Forefoot injuries: bunions, Morton's neuroma, bunionette (tailor's bunion) and hammer toe
  • Metatarsal injuries: Jone's fracture, Chopart's tear fracture, Lisfranc dislocation, metatarsal stress fracture
  • Rearfoot injuries: Achilles tendon tear, tarsal tunnel syndrome (common among snowboarders), calcaneal fracture and plantar fascitis with heel spur, common sprains and impingements

The posters are printed in the USA and measure 20 x 26 inches. Converted, the measurements are approx. 51 x 66 cm.

Note that the poster can be delivered in different materials;

Paper for framing - This variant is intended for framing and can be advantageously framed in one of our specially designed frames that fit exactly to size 51 x 66 cm

Laminated -
a variant that is surrounded by 75 micron (thick lamination), which makes the poster water and dirt resistant. There is a 5 mm lamination edge around the poster. The poster can be rolled up and hung up with hanging strips or elephant's snout. There is does not some ring holes.
