Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about purchasing from eAnatomi as a business or public institution.

Payment with EAN number

At eAnatomi you can order with an EAN number online or via email. If you want to do it online, you must go to the shopping cart and fill in your EAN number in the “EAN number” field next to the total amount shown before proceeding to payment.

If you wish to do so via email, please send an email to info@eanatomi.com with the following information:

  1. EAN number
  2. Payment address
  3. Delivery address
  4. Contact person (the person responsible for placing the order)
  5. Contact information in the form of telephone number and email address
  6. Purchasing reference, e.g. purchase order number

Once you have provided your EAN number either online or via email, the invoice will be sent electronically to the provided EAN number when the goods have been shipped.

Payment terms, delivery and credit for public institutions and companies

At eAnatomi we know that in the public sector there may be requirements for free delivery and a 30-day payment period. Therefore, we offer the relevant payment period of 30 days and free delivery to your door on all orders from public institutions and companies. The invoice is sent with a payment slip, also called an FI code, which makes the payment easy to administer.

VAT registration for EU companies

If you order from a VAT registered company within the EU, you can manually deduct the VAT from eAnatomi. If your VAT number is valid, you must order from us via email, and we will then create the order manually to ensure correct invoicing. You must send an email to info@eanatomi.com with the following information:

  1. The desired products
  2. VAT / VAT number
  3. Contact person (the person responsible for placing the order)
  4. Contact information in the form of telephone number and email
  5. Billing address
  6. Delivery address

Payment and delivery for private companies

Order online
Private companies can order via the website and pay by credit card. It is important to add the CVR number in the notes field when ordering, in order to have the company name included on the invoice.

Payment by invoice
If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us so that we can set up your order manually. In this case, payment will be made via prepayment with a payment card or normal bank transfer.

Credit
We offer credit to larger companies and companies we have cooperation agreements with. Contact us for more information.

Delivery terms
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for all orders for items from the normal range. If you have ordered customized products, such as posters with a logo or in a different size, the right of withdrawal is void.
