In terms of content, this poster falls between our muscle poster without nomenclature/naming of muscles and our large advanced muscle poster called EA5, which includes all muscles of the musculoskeletal system and their names. 

The poster was created for those who are looking for what is often called 'a classic muscle poster', where the most common muscles are named and where the format is 50x70 cm. There are several differences between this muscle poster and the old classic posters from the USA, where the primary difference is the richness of detail in the illustrations, the inclusion of grouped muscle names in Danish and Latin, with color codes for localization, as well as details such as clinically relevant nerves and vessels.

Compared to our most advanced muscle poster EA5, the following muscle groups are omitted from this poster;

Eye muscles, the deep back muscles, muscles of the tongue, pharynx, larynx, and deep muscles of the neck. Some deep muscles in the forearm are named but not visible.

The illustrations include:

- The muscular system viewed from the front, with deep and superficial muscles on each side respectively

- The muscular system viewed from the back with deep and superficial muscles on each side respectively

- The muscles around the diaphragm, ribs, and hip

- The head viewed from the side

- Muscles of the sole of the foot

The illustrations are very detailed and include both deep and superficial muscle layers such as the abdominal muscle layers; M. obliquus internus abdominis, M. obliquus externus abdominis, and M. obliquus transversus abdominis, which are shown with a cut that indicates their relationship to each other, but also indicates the direction of the muscle fibers.

With Print on Demand, we no longer need to print 500 posters at a time, which would then be transported on pallets and stored in a warehouse. Instead, we can now produce exactly what has been ordered and no more than that. The distance between production and you, the recipient, is also minimized, as we can produce locally and deliver locally all over the world. If you live in Denmark, your poster will be produced in Denmark and shipped to you from there. If you live in Australia, the poster will be produced in Australia and shipped directly to you. The benefits are great for everyone, as we minimize environmental impact in production and transportation, avoid overproduction, and can deliver new and beautiful posters to you, without hassle or long waiting times.

In practical terms; Once your order is received, it is sent to the print shop closest to you for production. Once the poster is printed, it is packed at the print shop and sent directly to you. Production time is usually 3-5 business days plus a couple of days transit time.

Once your order has been received, it is sent to the nearest printing house for production. We work with printing houses worldwide via so-called 'Print-on-Demand' and can thus produce the poster locally. The production method often saves on shipping costs, environmental impact and prevents unnecessary overproduction. The method also opens up more options in terms of the poster's presentation, for example size, framing and paper type. The production time is usually 3-5 business days with expected delivery within 8 days, which often turns out to be faster.
