This muscle poster is particularly widespread in the Western world due to the precise and comprehensive illustrations made by Peter Bachin for the Anatomical Chart Company in the USA The poster that cooks on the market in 1947 is today a classic.


The poster shows the body's skeletal muscles from the front and back of a male figure. It is organized with superficial muscles on the left side of the figure and deeper muscles on the right side. In addition, an illustration of the diaphragm and illustrations of the muscles of the foot and hand are shown.


Note that the text on the poster is written in English-Latin and therefore not "pure" Latin. As an example, m. deltoideus on this poster is called deltoid m.


NB: This poster belongs to a series where posters with the skeleton have also been made. Together, they form a popular set that is presentable and easy to hang up in the treatment room or student accommodation.
