Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.*

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
* Items wrapped in foil can only be returned if the foil has not been broken.
 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

* When purchasing digital products such as digital illustrations and files the right of return is voided immediately after the purchase is completed.

Freight cost on International returns (From outside of Denmark) are solely covered by the buyer.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@eanatomi.com. 

When your return is accepted, You can choose to purchase a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package from eAnatomi. The cost of this label depends on your country of residence. It is also possible to arrange shipping on your own, and if so, eAnatomi must be informed beforehand to ensure proper handling.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All special orders or personalized items are final are can not be returned. items wrapped in foil with the foil removed can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized orders and gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (usually just a few). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund too.
