The anatomy poster here deals with the superficial back muscles and the muscles in the shoulder. The muscles are grouped, numbered and named with Danish headings and pure Latin in an easy and clear list display.


The illustrations include:

  • Large illustration of the back from lower back to neck including the shoulder area
  • Smaller illustration of the shoulder joint seen from the front with visible muscles and ligaments. The deltoid is cut away to show the subscapularis muscle.


The muscles are numbered and grouped with color codes which make it easy to relate the number to text and muscle group. Eg. all shoulder muscles are marked with blue color and additionally the muscles that make up the rotator cuff are marked with stars *.


All in all, the poster provides an educational overview, both visually and textually, which makes it easy and intuitive to see and repeat the superficial back muscles as well as the muscles in the shoulder.
